To help Staton Chase adapt to the COVID-19 Crisis we were brought on to create content for their lead consultants to position themselves as thought leaders in the areas of virtual onboarding, health care resiliency, as well as board diversity.
We were panel presenters for Social Equity and Community Partnerships. Our presentation laid out how inequities in housing and philanthropy lead to inequities in the access and presence of art within disadvantaged communities. This presentation created a framework for three ways to combat this with the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
We completed a year long research project discovering how NEA grantees were using electronic media to promote access and engagement with the arts, and provided recommendations based on international best practices.
We led a comparative study on federal agency performance between 2013 and 2017 to determine the affect administration changes have on agency strategic planning and performance management of agencies combating veterans homelessness. This work was presented at the Association of Public Policy Analysis & Management Conference in 2019
We worked with LURN to give the COMPRA Foods program a path to sustainability and alleviate food deserts in Los Angeles. Key deliverables were a break-even analysis, a breakdown of potential revenue streams and donors, as well as a pitch deck.
